SPCC Cold Rolled Coil
The workhorse grade of cold rolled coil
SPCC (JIS G3141) is the most requested cold rolled grade for stamping, brackets, panels and powder-coated products. We supply 0.3–3.0 mm × 900–1,250 mm coils, annealed and skin-passed, oiled or dry, with SPCD (deep drawing) and SPCE (extra deep drawing) available for drawn parts.
Specify the finish, not just the grade
"SPCC" alone does not tell us what you need. State the surface finish (bright or matt), oiling, and hardness range if your process needs it — a stamping house and a painting line want different coils, and quoting without this detail wastes a round trip.
Packing for export
Coils are eyes-horizontal or vertical, strapped and wrapped for sea freight; sample coils for trial orders start from 5 tons.
